Lactobacillus acidophilus LA02

This stomach acid-proof strain supports digestive system, formation of the intestinal barrier, produces antibacterial compounds, competes with pathogens for nutrients, reduces pH of the environment and maintains mucosa of the gastrointestinal tract’s tightness.

Lactobacillus paracasei LPC00

These bacteria have the ability to breakdown of lactose, but also to produce many enzymes helpful with micronutrients absorption, they counteract a unfavorable bacteria like Helicobacter pylori, Salmonella enterica, Campylobacter jejuni and moveover, they reduce negative effect of the Candida albicans and Listeria monocytogenes, decrease amount of bacteria in oral cavity causing a humus. They also modulate the immune system, which leads to reduction of intense allergic conditions.

Bifidobacterium longum BL03

They have a significant impact on lowering pH level in the intestines, which helps in stopping pathogenic bacteria growth. Amla (Emblica officinalis) Indian gooseberry is one of the oldest edible Indian fruits with numerous health-promoting properties. A source of vitamins (high content of vitamin C), amino acids and minerals (such as iron, phosphorus, calcium) and plant compounds with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, such as phenols, tannins, phyllaembelic acid, rutin or curcuminoids. Ayurvedic medicine recommends amla fruits for treating digestive problems (constipation, stomach disorders, liver regeneration).

Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica) beleric is a fruit full of health-promoting phytocompounds: tannins, acids: ellagic and gallic, flavones, proteins and valuable fatty acids: palmitic, oleic and linoleic. In ayurvedic medicine, it is known for its strong detoxifying properties and used as a support for body regeneration and detoxification processes. It has a positive influence on blood sugar level, insulin sensitivity regulation and body weight control. Its antibacterial and antiviral properties are also commonly used.

Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) chebulic myrobalan known as ‘King of Medicines’, considered a plant with anti-inflammatory and sedative properties, mostly used as a support in treating digestive disorders (e.g. to relieve constipation). High content of health-promoting phytocompounds: terpenes, polyphenols, anthocyanins and flavonoids translates into antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Micronised acacia fibre - easily soluble natural fibres. Not only does it stimulate intestinal passage, but also serves as a positive support for gut microflora, as an additional medium for intestinal bacteria which supports their growth.

The pack contains 2 x 30 capsules (30 SYNBIO COMPLEX capsules and 30 TRIPHALA BOOSTER capsules) for one month of regular supplementation.

Adults: 1 capsule of Synbio Complex and 1 capsule of Triphala Booster, taken in the evening, after the last meal.
